Her Majesty's Leader of the Opposition, David Cameron, has launched a consultation highlighting the idea of a green air miles allowance for every passenger so that those people who fly more pay more tax. This can be done in a way that does not tax people out of their annual holiday but instead focuses on dirtier aircraft and frequent fliers. What is your opinion of a green air miles allowance?
