The decision by a Labour Government Minister to send their "special needs" child to a fee-paying boarding school, flies in the face of the Labour Government's Education Policy. Given the party's antipathy to grammar schools and its abolition of the assisted places scheme, it is not surprising that the debate about parental choice and selection has been regenerated. Should you not have the same rights to choose the best school for your child?
